"I absolutely love this album It's early days yet but at the moment this is my favourite album by the rhcp Time will tell whether it's a laster but this has not been off my iPod since it was released about a month ago It has the same laid back feel like "by the way" - which up to about a week ago ..."  [+]  Reply

"Terrific album I’ve owned since the early 80s. Has concert staples such as Sinner and Diamonds and Rust (Joan Baez cover). Has the wonderful ballad Last Rose of Summer coupled with the proto-thrash metal Dissident Aggressor. I’d say this album, along with Sad Wings, is a must in anyone’s collection."  [+]  Reply

"This album puts the lie to the popular myth that Chuck Berry's music started to fade away around the same time that the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, et al. emerged covering his stuff. His songwriting is as strong here as ever -- side one is packed with now-familiar fare like "Little Marie" (a seq..."  [+]  Reply

"I like this album very much. What I like the most is its "bluesy" sound and the lyrics of the songs. I find extremely interesting the voice of Ney Matogrosso, because he is actually a man, but I was convinced the first 10 times I heard the record that the singer was a woman. Very unusual voice in..."  [+]  Reply

"Criminally under appreciated PJH album this one This time the over arching theme focus' on America and more precisely the perceived social cleansing through demolition of ghettos and slums , it really is powerful stuff . Tip - get to understand the back ground to this album and you will appreciat..."  [+]  Reply

"I thought I'd like this when I first heard about it but I just found a lot of the album to sound too silly at times and the vocals in my opinion are annoying. Didn't work for me sadly"  Reply

"Unless your name is Marley, your chances of having a well known reggae album in the US are slim and none. Which is too bad, because Culture was one of the best reggae bands you'd ever hear. Two Sevens Clash was born as a vision by singer Joseph Hill, predicting that the date 7/7/77 would be a hol..."  [+]  Reply

"Suppose you're bored one morning so you decide to time travel back to 1996. When you get there, you happen to run into Beck, Ween, and The Magnetic Fields. So you roofie them all (cuz you're gangsta like that). Then you drag them home and throw them into a blender (cuz you're Dahmer like that). T..."  [+]  Reply
