Excellent live album. Better than any compilation as the tracks on here are all classic AC/DC. Don't like the cover image but the message is clear, 'if you want blood, you've got it'.
Very rare for a live album to be anywhere near as good as a studio album, but here it is. Not better, far superior! The greatest live album in history!
Live is so much better than studio. Love it!
It's alright but not dynamic for a live album. Prefer the studio albums myself

One of the great live albums, and there's not many truly great live albums.
You never forget your First.........I heard "Whole Lotta Rosie" on the radio and went out and bought a 3 in 1 stereo(it was a Pioneer)and the Album,Still awesome today.

This album is part of my personal album top 100 which you can check out with also additional comments.
I discovered "Whole Lotta Rosie" by AC/DC which entered the Belgian and Dutch hitparades in June 1978 and it really blew my mind. In fact it was a pity that I listened to the radio version because the guitar solo on the album version (Let There Be Rock) was much better (and longer) but I didn't know that at that time.
Anyhow I prefer their fantastic live album "If You Want Blood You've Got It" on which this song also appears. Of course like all real AC/DC lovers I prefer the Bon Scott period ;)
Other real standouts on this album are "Let There Be Rock" and "The Jack". AC/DC is still one of the bands I would have like to see live and I suppose it's too late now.

Excellent live album. Most songs sound better live and everyone is in fine form. Recommended.
