This album was introduced to me in December of 1991 and I don't think I stopped listening to it daily until 1993. Crush Story and King of Beers are nearly perfect songs, but so many others should have been classics. TMJ just aren't pop stars, not quite rock stars. They were just a perfect band for me at that time when I saw bands like Nirvana as fake angst, wrong or right.
