Debut album. How can you not love The Pogues. Such buoyant music. They only got better with their next couple of albums (Edited)

yeah! it's the pogues! irish punk folk - awesome. glorious music for beer drinking. but it's the same as for rockabilly: that's live music. listening to it at home on a record is less than half the fun...

A strong debut, although a bit too uneven to receive the really high scores. Streams of Whiskey is magnificent, and there is another handful of really strong tracks. The Auld Triangle and Kitty should have been excluded for a better total experience.
