I feel like this is One Direction’s mist underrated album, it has a more laidback vibe, and to be honest, it has a whole tired vibe as well, I think it doesn’t have as much gut wrenching sadness as other albums, but instead yearning in the sad songs.

While it is the best album they've done so far, it's more a case of 'best of a bad bunch' rather than 'their greatest work'. An unoriginal sound combined with the usual doggerel lyrics mean that 'Four' isn't anything special.
