this genre is just for listeners with special interests. but i must confess, that this record is fairly audible. therefore it is still not suitable for cuddly moments but you can call it some kind of pop death metal.

Solid metal. But, The mixing of this album sounds archaic, thus giving a slightly messy result, plus the guitars are put to the background, they do not really rule. Guitar solos do not convince me.

They tried something I guess. It didn’t really work but they may have inspired others to do it better I suppose. (Edited)

This is officialy called "The First Black Metal" album , nowadays its just Thrash Metal but history is history.
