Há bastante força no álbum, mas de difícil assimilação!
Caetano's most experimental record was critically acclaimed, but hated by the public. Influenced by concrete poetry and several avant-garde musicians, including John Lennon's records with Yoko Ono (one of the tracks is called "Sugar Cane Fields Forever"), is mostly an editing experiment, with nods to Brazilian Northeastern folk music. It also uses the stereo mixing to mix with the listener's head. Very challenging, but it will grow on you if you keep with it.
Um WTF da porra esse álbum, porém magistral!
É preciso dissecá-lo a cada audição para assim vislumbrar sua poética, desbrucar-se sobre cada faixa musical para ver o quanto é belo e coeso.
