One of the best jazz albums of the decade. Any time my nephew complains about having to learn the bass guitar because it's "not cool", I point to this. And check out Marcus' rendition of, "Papa was a Rolling Stone"!

This is a magnificent fusion of American and African inputs into a funky sort of modern Jazz. Miller's impeccable bass work propels each song to great heights. Highly recommended from start to finish.
