Generally classified as southern rock, but definitely less countrified and more heavy. A lifelong top 5 group for me, at their best, these guys bring it like not other group. Frontman and lead guitarist Rick Medlocke is the closest thing to a household name, but the unbelievable rhythm section of drummer Jackson Spires and bassist Greg T. Walker deserves equally high praise and I often speak them in the same breath as the likes of Moon/Entwistle and Bonham/Jones.
