They're obviously not the best band to ever come out of the 90s. However, anytime I think of what artist best captures what I think (emphasis on subjectivity here) is the sound of 90s US music... Sublime first comes to mind. Ska, punk, alternative rock, reggae, dub, hip-hop all in one. Fun band. (Edited)
