Lots of Blissed out laments of drug usage, not so cryptically woven amidst southern rock Seattle style. Lead singer Hoon had a voice that rivaled GnR's Axl Rose, and a drug habit that exceeded Rose's. The merits of the musicianship gave the group deserved attention. More than just a one-hit wonder.
People often dismiss this band and overlook their quality songwriting, technical abilities and deft synthesis of psychedelic and southern rock. There is plenty of juice in the detail of their songs.

Underrated indeed, Hoon was a genius. Goddamn the pusher man! Him Cobain and Yorke are my 3 essentials of 90's rock music.
