Tracy Chapman before there was Tracy Chapman. An incredibly gifted singer/songwriter/musician who writes moving guitar ballads and folk songs. You can't go wrong with any of her albums.

A great singer songwriter who has created wonderful music for over 40 years. Her self titled 1976 album is her best quickly followed by To The Limit(78) and Show Some Emotion(77) Back to the Night & Me Myself I are also great albums. Another good album of hers is The Shouting Stage (1988) and her latest trio of albums released between 2007 - 13 are explorations of jazz blues and rock. She still tours and is a versatile and amazing performer.
