Rickie Lee is an amazing artist her debut album from 1979 is still a brilliant album as is the follow up Pirates which is mostly inspired by her break up with Tom Waites. She has a jazzy sound to her voice which is quite a unique voice. She is an amazing live performer where she allows her voice full reign. A brilliant songwriter and very undervalued on this site.
