I don't think Frank Ocean is a genius, and I think his output so far while quite unusual has been very patchy. However, the highs are very high.

people are turning him into a cult artist due to his lack of media interaction, but he's way far to earned it for his material.
The best voice for R&B in the 2010's decade. Blonde & Channel Orange are decade highlights.

The man lacks the ability to make bad music.
He is very underrated as an artist and musician.. one of my favorites. Lyrically, Vocally, and all of his productions are amazing.
