smrtboi2120 below with that absolutely spot on prediction. That comment was before the first single for channel Orange was even released, and they are so right. Frank O has revolutionized the whole RnB-Pop scene. The Weeknd too for that matter.
The album (mixtape) itself is pretty cool. Just as good as channel Orange maybe. Strawberry Swing is the highlight for me, though Novacane and There Will Be Tears are also great. Still not sure how I feel about the re-interpolated tracks at the end...
Just a taste of what was to come on channelORANGE. The best songs on this song and on channelORANGE could have made for the best album of the decade to date.

Vastly, vastly underrated stuff.
Along with artists like the weeknd, Frank Ocean is going to help change the face of R&B for this generation.
