I genuinely love this against-the-grain, anti-hipster 2014 chart! I'm happy, too, to see that amidst the nostalgic selections, there are also some choices I can really get behind, such as Broken Bells' After the Disco (which I currently have ranked #1 for the year). This chart is a reminder that I should check in more frequently with established artists' new material rather than always looking for the next new shiny thing.

Wow I can't believe you have listened to 90 new albums in 2014... Really not a great year musically and album wise for me.
