My favorite albums, the ones that I consider to be the greatest music records ever made.

There are a lot albums done by the same bands. This is not because I have only listened to this particular bands. I like a lot of music artists and records, but the ones that I really love are only those listed here and a few more. If I tried to do a more varied list it would not be true to my taste. Besides, I do really think that the following albums are the greatest ones ever recorded.

Simply the best piece of art in music history. An unprecedented work that shows all the talent as a composer, as a guitarist and as a visionary of Kevin Shields. Beautiful, innovative, original, with a unique sound that turns into a sonic experience for the listener like no other CD. My Bloody Valentine reached perfection with Loveless, that represented the evolution of Noise Rock that was Shoegaze. It is really impossible to define the magnitude of this record. There is nothing much to explain about Kid A that has not been already said. Kid A is probably with Loveless the album that represents perfection in artistic and transgressive values. But in this case it is accomplished by catching and mixing a lot of previous music styles without obeying any fashion or standard other than the band's one. Kid A is like an odyssey through calm and rationality, what is probably the most intelligent and eclectic rock record ever made. An absolute masterpiece. [First added to this chart: 03/16/2015]
