"Formula jazz, opening statement, everyone gets a solo, drum solo, repeat the opening and end. When this pattern started to play out in Parisian Thoroughfare I bailed. Nice and all but not very inventive." Reply

"This was the last Cranberries album I bought. I kind of lost interest in them at this point. It's not awful or anything but there's not really anything new or interesting here. It's much easier and more rewarding to just listen to Everybody Else Is Doing It for the 600th time." Reply
"I personally like this album better than his last "something more than free". It seems in step with his growing maturity as a songwriter. If we were Vampires is one of the best songs he's written." Reply

"I go the contrary direction on this album. After the dark and overproduced Time, this was a somewhat fun little breath of fresh air. In general, I appreciate the heaver, more serious albums, but in this case, this little diversion hits the spot." Reply
"The instrumentation and rich, layered soundscapes on this album are so beautiful that it's like listening to a painting." Reply
"I don't know, I feel rather displeased by this new GYBE album. The four pieces of this short outfit have been around for a while in their live material, and I'm pretty sure this feels a lot more powerful on stage than in studio, but it's like if they weren't trying to experiment on this one. "Their classic album and brilliant introduction to the warped perfectionism of Lawrence Felt. As well as All the People I Like Are Those That Are Dead, A Wave Crashed on Rocks, and Hours of Darkness Have Changed My Mind are highlights." Reply

"A great psychedelic album. It has all the elements to make it a really interesting listen and it is! Organ, Mellotron (incorrectly spelt in the Sleeve notes) harpsichord, harmonica, flute, saxaphone, searing guitars, tambura and sitar. Comparing 'Dealer' with 'Utterly Simple' the two tracks like ..." [+] Reply

"Cardi B proves she can rap. Cardi B proves she can't write. Cardi B proves she can't pick interesting beats. Cardi B proves she might be able to make a good album one day. Cardi B proves this isn't it. Negatives: There's a solid handful of duds on this, and the lack of variation makes this an unq..." [+] Reply
