"Blow Your Cool , my all time favorite power pop album and easily one of my all time favorites period. This album sound tracked some of the best times of my life , so it was that heady mix for me of a great album whilst I was having a great time. This album rocks and has no less than 6 perfect 100..."  [+]  Reply

"Enjoyable and inoffensive dream pop with a hint of shoegaze. First three tracks are amazing, after that it goes a bit flat. Favourites are Worth It and Dye It Red. A few duds, including Emo Song. Overall liked it, she's an exciting new artist who has also written some great EPs."  Reply

"Happy to see this little hidden gem here. Normally when people mention Steve Earle they'll talk about Guitar Town or Copperhead Road. This might just be his best though, wielding tracks like Mercenary Song, Tom Ames' Prayer, and Angel Is the Devil. Good choice!"  Reply

"Erasmo's 1st masterpiece, a giant leap from what he's done before. Powerful lyrics and wonderful arrangements, with highlights to guitars, keyboards, backing vocals and percussion (used in a very creative way, with unusual folk instruments in rock/pop, as berimbau and cuíca). Exciting, beautiful ..."  [+]  Reply

"Despite being comprised of songs that were left off of Porcupine Tree's 'Stupid Dream' and 'Lightbulb Sun', 'Recordings' is constructed just as well as either of the two, is more interesting, and has just as good a production value. Here the band well and truly establish their own unique brand of..."  [+]  Reply

""This album outperforms its predecessor, which felt like dissonant noise. The current sound is more engaging, replete with pleasing melodies and intriguing songs. A nice piece of work."  Reply

"What song was it where Eminem said artists go downhill after the age of 30? He released the solid "eminem show" in 2002, two years after the colossal "marshal mathers lp". While "eminem show" wasn't as huge in content and popularity, the quick-witted and master-of-headworms still seemed on top of..."  [+]  Reply
