"This album has some very high highs, some of the best pop-rock songs of the decade. As a live band they seemed unique and full of neurotic energy like a 60s mod pop band. I wore these songs out for about a year and saw them live three times." Reply

"After the two great albums that Weezer released in 2014 and 2016, I was disappointed when the boys followed them up with a very average and forgettable album. "It's overdramatic, just as it should be, and for the better. All of the songs have perfect lyrics and can be argued as a highlight but my personal favorite is probably Cross My Heart followed by Celebrity Status. The end is also one of the greatest ends to any album ever." Reply
