It was only a little bit sarcastic. Really this is two charts in one at this point (i.e. The Mellow Zone and The Repo Zone). Right now I'm working on some Hard Rock/Metal and Punk yearly Top Tens. Once I get a few more of those done, I'll tinker with this a bit.

Classic chart! Just noticed it is chart of the day. I probably have spent more time reading over these notes and albums than any other chart here outside of my own. Has that unmistakable Repo aura. Also, of the albums I’ve heard, all great and interesting choices. Still Much I haven’t heard.

This is an awesome chart. I took the Burmese album as a rec from you a while ago, and it's incredible. When I played through Super Mario Odyssey, there's a theme in one world which seems to be heavily drawn from Southeast Asian music, it reminded me a lot of this Naang Naang piece.
