A Classic of Heartland rock. "Cuts Like A Knife", "Straight From The Heart", "The Best Was Yet To Come" and plenty of other tunes that filled FM radio back in the. Many teenagers came of age to the music of Bryan Adams. Why does excessive commercial success have to equal poor quality? In my eyes - it doesn't.

Pretty good album
The platform album for 'Reckless' Nothing topped that album there after a great period for 'Bryan Adams' Best tracks here 'Cuts Like A Knife' (his best track),'Take Me Back','Straight From The Heart'.
This was actually his third album. But it's the first one the made him popular. It has a strong set of songs, particularly tracks 3, 4, and 5.

A good debut from a fresh face. Bryan Adams looks about 12 on this album, but has already mastered catchy pop-rock. Decent, but not deep.
Not a bad debut album - it delighted the (female) fans in its day with some safe, romantic music. Not the most thought-provoking lyrics ever, but that never was Adams' deal.
