West Ryder I heard before this so it probably didn't blow me away as much - need a re-listen as seem to have fond memories of LSF and Club Foot. About only track I don't like much is Cutt Off but the other tracks are currently at Good rather than Great

First got into this band and album when I heard Processed Beats on FIFA 2004, loved hearing that song on that game. I had a good feeling the album would be the same quality and I was so right! Played it to death for months, that year was particularly good for me music wise as I got into a number of Brit bands.

Firmly in my top 40 albums ever.

Coming from Velociraptor! and West Ryder, this album is wick, but still having great tracklist and songs, Kasabian stop surprising me here, the first i listened to was Empire, which I give 85, then, West Ryder, 100, Velociraptor!, 100, and then another 85, i´m sure they could get better, in too much ways, this is the debut, so, the first impression isn´t that good like the next ones

Best song: Test Transmission, Club Foot
Worst song: Pinch Roller and Orange are wick interlude, the worst song (opinion) is Running Battle

This is what Kasabian do best - big, catchy rock songs. Lyrics always suck, but if you ignore them it can be a fun listen now and again.

There are some good songs and some bad. A bit inconsistent to be a good album.

By far their worst album. Not a bad a start to their career, but fortunately for them they get better every album.

Easily Kasabian's best album. "Club Foot" - what a tune!

Not perfect, but a good start, foretelling that this is going to be a band worth watching out for!

Hit or miss, but the hits are pretty effective. LSF (Lost Souls Forever) is a good anthem tune. Club Foot is good for working out. I can at least bob my head to Cutt Off, Test Transmission, Processed Beats, and Reason is Treason. For all the (mostly well-deserved) shit Kasabian gets, this is actually an above average pop record.
