Divertido e alta qualidade, talvez um pouco pretensioso.
I get what Bruno was trying to do, and trust me when I say it's a *huge* improvement over the sentimental shite he was doing earlier on, but there's still some way to go yet for Bruno to put out something solid. As it is, "24K Magic" is cool but not something I'd recommend.
A derivative of 80's music? Yes. A great album? A bigger yes. You can hear influences of 80's synth funk and new jack swing acts of the time. But Bruno and his crew do make an album that is sincere and honest of the time. If you enjoy this or don't I would look up acts like Dam Funk, Tuxedo and Breakbot that have albums that are more ambitious as well as moving the synth funk and disco to greener pastures.
I love his best album.
Pretty short. Maybe again that's all he could do!

Super fun. He wears his influences on his sleeve a little too much (I used to say Michael Jackson, but now I'll add James Brown, New Edition & Stevie Wonder), but it really is an album full of good times.
A pop star as big as Bruno, he could've churned out any old shit and a lot of people would eat it right up. However, it's clear that time and effort has gone into this record from both Bruno and the producers to make this a smooth, cohesive & sexy 33 minute R&B album. Compact and catchy, this is better than it has any right to be, even if it is a derivative piece of work.

The first three songs are great, and the last one is solid too, everything else is pretty bland and similar
