probably the best indie folk album of this year...the lost sky is especially good.

Extremely interesting album. On of my favorites of this year. Great combination of simple and complex. Great use of rhythm and creative use of her vocal range. Almost a strange mix of Joanna newsome, Fiona apple, Melanie, patti smith and other speckles of influences I can't put my finger on.. Favorite tracks: Simmon Says, Memories Are Now and Cut Connection. Overall very catchy!

Maybe I need to revisit this when I'm in a better mood, but I don't know. It's all right. I appreciate the idiosyncrasies on display here, and maybe because this is so out of left field, I'm just not in the right space for it. Otherwise, this is pretty good. I like parts of it. Unlike a lot of what I've heard this year.

Fascinating album. Her voice is hauntingly beautiful. Its so good, I am worried that its going to go under the radar for the year.
