I think this album is incredible at conveying the atmosphere of grief. Raw grief is not always the sort of thing to overwhelm us and make us cry. Sometimes it feels stultifying, almost like our emotions have no way out. A lot of this album conveys this atmosphere. Fantastic record. (Edited)
