Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 58.4/100, a mean average of 55.4/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 55.4/100. The standard deviation for this album is 17.5.

Silly is the word to describe this album. He released two albums in a week that year. FUTURE is the persona, the ego, mask on. He taunts "you will never getcha bitch back" and the mm-hmms, scrapscrapscrapscraps, ohh-aahs, and whatever his mouth does on "poppin' tags" seem to ridicule the person in question even further and everyone who takes him too seriously. Disrespectful and then meme-ing around is what this album is. He seems more stable now he has separated the trap rapper from the pop rapper. He knows himself and his mistakes. On HNDRXX he acknowledges them; on FUTURE he celibrates them. It's easy to brush this album to the side as the less serious one, or even the B-sides, but it's not. It's a vital part of the theme: the humor in it all. And that's something this social media decade needs that puts a lens on everyone's lives.
Future’s problem is that, like his cohort Drake, he’s drunk on his own myth, and unlike Drake, his (intentionally) limited skill set doesn’t have any obvious backdoors to sneak out of for his career’s third act.
Favourite track: "Mask Off"
Mask on, fucking mask off...

Classic Future, incredible lyricism
This album succeeds in sounding like another Future record, whatever that means to you. Pretty little variety in the tracks overall, and there are a couple of songs that made me laugh out loud such as "Super Trapper". There were also some highlights, like the song "POA".
