I’ve been pumped for this ever since I heard That Other Girl two years ago. One complaint I have about the album is that it’s all a bit homogeneous, but ultimately that doesn’t matter a jot because every individual track is beautiful on its own. Heck, I would take a hundred different edits of the same Sevdaliza song on one album and put it in my list.
This album is a fascinating piece of alternative R&B, trip hop, down tempo, future bass and jazz influence underpinned by Sevdaliza's vocals. I feel like I'm at a jazz bar in the far reaches of space.
