This album is much more of a live album compared to the last two albums "The Good Life" and "Zitilites". There are only 2 years between "Zitilites" and this album, which was intentional for Kashmir, as they didn't want to go through the same long process as they went through with "Zitilites". I think this album worked especially well at live concerts at the time, as the album very much has a live feeling to it. Much more of a raw powerful sound compared to the last two albums which had more of a dreamy sound.

Who ever is reading this, if there is even someone ever. Kashmir is a Denmark band, they sing in english, they dont play festivals at all, they are most a local band. In Mexico they are pretty big too (3 sell out concerts 2 yrs ago). This is probably their best effort, the collaboration with Bowie is amazing (he is a huge fan of the band)Kalifornia, Ophelia, The Curse of Being a Girl... this is an amazing album, of a completely unknown band. If you get to like this album, listen to Zitilities, amazing album too
