Not good. Feels as unfinished as 17 and the few nice tracks can't save the album as a whole. It's just way to inconsistent imo.

It's pretty cozy for those who are comfortable in directionless sadness. However, in both life and death, his overall demeanor ruins any sort of stature he builds for himself through his music.
The talent of the young rapper XXXtentacion is undeniable. In his first album "17", X exposed himself with a coherent examination of two central themes: depression and obsession. Sincerely, I did not really like the album even though I understand that it can mark people. On Friday, March 16th, "?" was published. Stylistically, X seems to want to pursue every musical instinct: from acoustic to aggressive rock, to reggaeton pop, "?" has something for all taste. And that's the problem: this album has no artistic meaning ... but hey ... some songs are pleasant. More importantly, over the time when X was the number one public enemy. Nowadays, X is more likely to make the headline of an inspiring message, to guide a generation.

Not horrible. The guitar stuff is not good, but the trap stuff was nice.
? manages to go through several genres all terribly with only its briefness giving levity.
Competitor for worst album of 2018. Just a mess.

An album that's just fine. Sounds crazy to say but it seems too long. Some flashes of talent here but overall nothing mind-blowing.
