this had some tracks that could have been good but were clearly unfinished and so this really shouldn't have been released. while the rest of the tracks were just bland which is pretty typical of x anyway
I was not the biggest fan of X but I recognize that he was a sincere and talented guy. This does not make all his pieces masterpieces and he is not the best rapper of his generation but it was one of the most promising and what we can be sure is that the guy was not a trickster . And damn what "SKINS" feels the trick. He is missing his fans. But seeing the songs of your singer regretted being just stuck together to give the "Frankestein" of his work, it's sad. You can recognize the project from afar as if it were his, and you can like it for the memories that will bring about the similarities that you will find with the old projects but in the end the soul of X is gone. (Rip)

A shameless money-grab. There is barely anything of substance here and most of the "songs" are just pieces of sound with XXX's name and a snippet of him slapped on them. "I don't let go" and "what are you so afraid of" are the most polished and qualified to be listened to but neither is any good. No, the Kanye song is not good.
Morally doubtful release made in a hurry just to make it until there is a hype about a dead rapper. Demos stretched to the length of 1.5 minutes with uncommonly flat production . Two piano chords repeating for two minutes in "train food" are laughable, there's ridicously simple "riff" in "STARING AT THE SKY". Loop in "One minute" is good, but isn't changing in any way for 3 minutes and xxx's screaming is cringy, although "what are you afraid of" is quite nice.
