This has been a year for the cover albums, it seems. Based in Amsterdam, the members of this band bonded over their mutual love of Turkish psychedelia and do a bloody good job paying tribute to it on their super funky full-length debut. And it certainly doesn’t hurt that they do a mean take on Erkin Koray’s Cemalım, one of the best songs ever.
