Ultra cool bassy jazz from the Peckham wunderkind. There’s more than a hint of the Herbie Hancock influence here, although the predominant flavour here is that of London and its recent musical history, some moments sounding like wordless grime or instrumental hip-hop. The only drawback is how short some of the tracks are, but then I guess there’s always the “repeat play” option for that.
