This is one of my favorite albums to come out of the late 90s explosion in interest in trip-hop. The band quickly moved beyond this sound (and this singer), making this a real standout in their catalogue.
this is the first album by Hoover, later tey had to change their name to Hooverphonic. 2 wicky was used in several movies. It's one of the best bands in Belgium. I think all their records are great and if you have the opportunity to see a show, don't miss it. Master mind of the band is Alex Carlier, who by the way is also a great cook. The girl who's singing on this record left the band and was replaced by Geike Arnaert who went solo a couple of years ago. Noemie Wolfs is doing the vocals on the last cd's , she's doing a great job too.
