It took me along time to get my head around this album for some reason , however its pretty good and worth my while
The best moments for me were the slower and more reflective songs which include the wonderful opener "Bombs Above" plus "How Hard For A Desert .." , the beautiful Wilco-esque "From Far Away" , "Having Been .." , title track "Warm" and closer "How Will I Find You" ?
Unfortunately the uptempo tracks are average at best (including singles "I Know What It's Like" and "Some Birds" ) whilst the track "Let's Go Rain" is down right awful .
There's enough good here to over come these poorer tracks ultimately
Youtube Tip 1: check out the video clip for "Some Birds" - it includes 2 Jeff Tweedy's in a hairdressers , Jeff one has his hair reattached whilst Jeff two plays a host of different 2 neck guitars. Very funny stuff
Youtube Tip 2: check out 'Jeff Tweedy I Know What It's Like Jimmy Kimmell'. This performance is special due to who Jeff has playing in his band , namely his 2 sons one on drums and one on backing vocals plus Liam Finn son of Neil Finn on bass and renowned musicians Blake Mills ('Break Mirrors') and James Elkington on guitar. Its a star line up for sure

A deeply personal and introspective record. I love this album. The production is great, gotta love that dry drum sound. Jeff Tweedy is writing better lyrics than he ever has. (Edited)
