Worth listening to. Apathy fans are obviously hard on Apathy but O.C. holds his own. Notable songs: What It's All About, Soviet Official, Tomorrow is Gone.

Great album, not a lot of people talked about it. Apathy carried that album from start to finish. The theme fitted the instrumentals very well.
