This album has a very strange sound to it. Lots of different styles of music going on all over this album. Some jazz, some rock lots of stuff. There’s one part of the album in which a piano solo is played and it all becomes incredibly jazzy, which is cool. You don’t hear a lot of heavy jazz influence in music nowadays. Indie music always seems to surprise me in one way or another. The variety is incredible sometimes and this album proves it. It’s a good album, a little slow at times, but overall pretty cool.
To listen to it you have to be a real fan or connoisseur :(

Thank god Destroyer did it better this year before Toro Y Moi came along, because this retro-80s pop can be really boring ! Seriously, go listen to "Kaputt" instead.
