Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 65.0/100, a mean average of 63.5/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 64.4/100. The standard deviation for this album is 19.4.

Totally solid, if kind of anonymous at times.
Lover~

It's too long and there are a couple of songs I don't like at all, but overall it's okay I guess
Cut to 14 songs and the album would be improved significantly. The first song to cut is ME which is definitely the worst song Taylor ever recorded and one of the worst songs by anybody ever. With that said, there are a lot of songs on this album to love including Lover, Paper Rings, and I Think He Knows which are some of her best. I know some people find "The Man" too preachy but I love it.

Álbum confuso, disperso. Poucos grandes erros, vários pequenos acertos. Como álbuns de transição.
Clearly not the best album by Taylor Swift, but I enjoyed it.

A mostly inoffensive collection of the bubbliest bubble-gum pop that could have possibly be released in 2019. Nothing world-changing here, but not a horrible way to passively spend an hour.
I echo what virtually everyone else says about this album. There undoubtedly many enjoyable, cheesy pop songs (Paper Rings, London Boy), and some well crafted slower numbers such as Lover, Daylight and Cornelia Street. However, the album undoubtedly is crushed somewhat by it's length.
There are certain songs that are just plain boring like The Archer and False God. There are other songs where the lyrics are frankly irritating, like The Man and You Need To Calm Down and other songs that feel out of place on the album, and if cut probably would have improved matters (It's Nice to Have a Friend). I will say however, that the aesthetic of the album is pleasant and significantly more fun than Reputation.
Overall, it may feel more like a compilation than an album, but it is worth a listen. Based on this I will continue to give a listen to Taylor Swift's albums, she clearly has something more than the average Top 40 artist to offer.

Taylor Swift is at the point where she can make new music or not and she's still going to command all the public attention, and in many ways I don't really see any particular urgency in her music anymore... perhaps understandbly. But this is probably her nicest set of songs in awhile, just a lineup of deftly-composed actual tunes rather than the past couple albums which long delivered what felt like glorified ice-castle monoliths for Swift's larger-than-the-universe personality. This is a playlist rather than an album and gets really tiring by the end, but pick and choose about 10 solid songs here and it makes a congenial listen, a nice change-of-pace when it was starting to feel like her musical output was just an elaborate publicity defense-mechanism.
Yeah, I agree it's overlong and also the changes in style mean it doesn't flow so well. On the other hand I'm totally convinced by the songwriting. Sure, it's goofy in places but even those tracks have strong melodies and some good lines. The high points (Lover, The Man, Cruel Summer, Daylight) are pretty great for me. Also, I think Swift is still maturing as a songwriter, which makes me excited to see what she does next.
