It doesn't highlight her voice as purely and powerfully as any subsequent albums, but it's a great collection of pop songs from an all-star pop artist
Good voice, but the production gets in the way and makes it too hard to appreciate it at times. There are moments where it just becomes the average 90's early 00's RnB with good vocals. The songwriting is pretty weak at some moments; too cliche and too safe. Still, I went in expecting crap and there were plenty of decent to good songs.

Good pop rock album. Best 10 songs average is 84,5/100 and the album can get good 85/100. Best songs are "Low" and "Beautiful Disaster" both 90/100, followed by "Just missed the train" and "You thought wrong" both 85/100. All other songs in the region of 75-80/100. The successor album "Breakaway" is far better.
