Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 71.4/100, a mean average of 71.3/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 71.3/100. The standard deviation for this album is 11.0.

É de um ritmo fantástico, nada desesperado!
I think the first part of the album is much better than the second half. My favorite tracks is Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris.
The best thing about Haley Williams' debut solo album is that she draws inspiration from her Paramore days while reinventing her sound and subject matter. The most experimental music on the record is modern and artsy while others come close to the pop-rock music Paramore is known for. This LP requires a certain mindset to be enjoyable throughout. It's not the most easily accessible for fans of Paramore, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Still, with 'Simmer' and 'Dead Horse' as the only standouts, most songs aren't ones I would play repeatedly. Williams has taken a brave move toward a unique musical style, combining quirky pop aesthetics with deeply personal lyrics.
Score: 70/100
Not sure about this record. Overall, it's just a bit generic. It didn't catch my attention
I dunno, I kinda actually like this. She was playing guitar online and people were bashing her and I'm like you people are just being picky jerks. Fun quality enjoyable music if you ask me.
It's okay. She wears her influences a little bit too close here to the point you start thinking you could be listening to someone make this kind o music but much better (i.e Radiohead). In my opinion the best way to listen this is in the separate 3 EP's the songs were released in, and then pick and choose which ones you like, because a good chunk of songs don't particularly land. Gotta give credit to Hayley's great vocals and song writing though.
Hayley Williams' solo debut is a wide-ranged collection of songs that explore her depression and mental issues coming out of her divorce, and ultimately arcs into her finding herself and love for the first time. There are some really great songs, but there are a handful of tunes that don't land as well as the others and I think it would've been wise to trim it down a little bit to keep the pacing better and make the album more concise. But still, solid stuff.
