In the later years of jazz legend Buddy Rich's life, the drummer assembled a big band and recorded a number of albums. This 1981 release on MCA Records (Cat # MCAD-31151) follows the ensemble through a half dozen performances. Co Produced and arranged by Harold Wheeler this is a tight set, allowing for ample improvisation. Authenticated on discogs.com.
