Most of my favorite artists do their best work early in their career, but I believe Mr. Bird has gotten better over time. This is my favorite album of his. What makes this album special for me is the perfect balance of a single sound/mood and varied melodies.

Andrew Bird and his fiddle gives us another wonderful album full of strings that fully channels the spirit of Belle and Sebastian
