All credit to Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill, that they can still turn out albums like this some forty years after their heyday is quite an achievement. The album has quite a laid back upbeat feel to it. According to the sleeve notes, most of the instruments were recorded by Charlie Burchill. Berenice (an excellent keyboard player) is featured in photos but gets no mention in sleevenotes. Cherisse only gets a mention on three tracks. So in my mind, this is more a Jim and Charlie album, which is fine, but is does lack the energy of Walk Between Worlds Worlds or Big Music.
