Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Changes, the second and final album by Catapilla, is a great listening experience: a very atmospheric piece of music, a smokey, sometimes otherworldly album laden with organ and saxophone riffs that play off of each other as much as they swirl about trying to express themselves through their own solo. The band's most distinguishing feature is Anna Meek, the vocalist. If you want to hear original progressive rock, then you definitively should try Catapilla.
