Great album. I play this in the car and the first six songs are simply awesome. The only song I don’t get excited about is Arrow Killed the Beast. Wennerstrom has one of my favourite voices period!

After finally capturing the Heartless Bastards live sound on their third album, Erika Wennerstrom has penned a surprisingly restrained collection for Arrow. The lineup has changed again, and the sound has expanded a bit as a result. It's still that basic rock sound, but it's gotten a little funkier (only just a little). For a band that changes so much, their albums are surprisingly consistent.
