Stand out songs are"The medal song" & "The war song". Also "Dangerous man" & "The dive". On the 2003 re-issue the wonderful "Love is love" was included, but because of the urgency to issue before xmas '84 it was missing from the original album. "La Cancion de Guerra" is the great Chilean version of The medal song and is also on the re-issue.
Third time's not the charm. Admittedly rushed to get a new album out for the Christmas 1984 season, Waking Up With The House On Fire is mostly filler except for a couple bright spots, namely "Mistake No. 3" and "Don't Talk About It". Only for those who love and own the first two albums.
