Their first album after an 18-year hiatus, and they hadn't changed much. Well-crafted guitar-based dreampop with a touch of 60s-era French chanteuse-jazz that comes right up to the edge of "easy listening" without quite plunging into the abyss and collapsing under the non-weight of its own wispy, cloud-like fragility. At least that's how I hear it, anyway. I'm probably drunk.
