One of the last great pop albums of the nineties. The man who, is a lovely record that Travis have unfortunately come nowhere near since. Beautiful songs in, writing to reach you, driftwood, rain on me, and, turn. Still, a hugely enjoyable album.

Some great emotional moments here. Fave tracks, Writing to Reach You & Slide Show, followed on my copy by a great secret track. Not sure what it's called but very visceral & aggressive, in a good way.

Love the production and atmosphere of this album - distance and precise but with passionate vocals

I love the emotion behind the album... it has a cold feeling that matches the album cover perfectly. Have to be in the mood for it, but when I am, this is one of my favorites

For some reason makes me remember Radiohead's OK Computer. And I like it.
Soft and pleasant album.

Good album with some awesome moments. The last three songs aren't very interesting though.

The Best track on this album is the hidden track on the limited edition, "Blue Flashing Light."
"Last Laugh Of The Laughter" is also a great song.
