i'm still amazed that this album hasn't been the subject of lawsuits based on the extended samples... maybe the record companies realize that the album is a great ad for the songs used on it... i've investigated and purchased music by numerous artists i would never have even heard of before if they hadn't been included in this giant mash-up.

Girl Talk creates the perfect mash-up album with this. Sadly none of his other albums can come to this level of perfect transitions and great song choices.

A 7 errors game... A big (and great) collage! Looks like the album is a giant unique track. So much chaos here.

Sans minimally-added drum fills, he doesn't really play an instrument except the computer and doesn't sing on this, so what really is his contribution? Am i liking the mix more because of the mix or more because of the mix choices? One thing i do know, and i did some looking around the internet, is that there are very few guys right now that can throw a mashup together as well as girl talk, and girl talk can mostly sustain a very-good-to-great mix for 60 minutes.
