"vampire weekend blatantly rip off paul simon (or peter gabriel, as name-dropped) and maybe a little police as well. And like those artists, nearly every song sounds like a hit on this album. i love the shimmering guitars, off-kilter drumming and violin on "mansard roof". "oxford comma" is preppy ..." Reply

"Fans of the other two albums might find this a little jarring in places... it's a little more experimental. Coldplay... take note!, you can't keep making the same album over and over again and ask people to keep buying it... gottta keep moving." Reply

"This album feels like your dancing through the magical lands that can be sonically possible thorugh this album's unique sound. It solidified Coldplay into one of the greatest bands who have surfaced the 2000s - if the previous three albums weren't enough to get your music buds into frantic rave m..." Reply

"This album appeared to me out of nowhere and I love it. I like shoegaze. I'm not sure why but the sound, the atmosphere it creates, it's all so comforting. And yet at times it can be terrifying. The duo of Dan Barrett(Giles Corey) and Tim Macuga makes for a thrilling adventure from beginning to e..." Reply

"Elbow are one of my favourite bands, and the best live band I've seen by far. This album has a few filler tracks in the middle, but the fact that even with these I still give it a 100/100 rating says a lot. Highlights are One Day Like This, Grounds for Divorce, The Bones of You and the final trac..." Reply

"Awful. Maybe I'm a purist, I don't know, but I loathe Auto-Tune, specially when it's used so extensively. For me, this feels like nothing more than Kanye and his huge ego trying to prove that he can sing, something anyone can do with Auto-Tune. Apart from a good (although not as good as usual) pr..." "I want to love this album unconditionally...it's so fantastic in so many ways, it reaches probably farther than the band ever reached. Unfortunately, it sometimes languishes in the noisy abyss found by many shoegaze-alt bands of this sort. Amply corrected on the follow-up "Halcyon Digest", yet th..." Reply
